Portal now closed for comment on 13th application

This is for the demolition of the tenements, an alternative to the full height breakthrough application, this one is for a double height pend.  It still requires demolition of buildings. It is next to Big Jack`s Close that could be opened to create access to site, but alas they want make a a pend big enough for a giant..

The council are seemingly discrediting your objections if they are in the form of a pro forma letter. We are currently investigating the legality of this decision by their planning department. In the meantime use the  letter below as a guide, copy and paste it into your own document and add your own comments, especially at the beginning.  You must keep the application number and the content.

Remember to add your name and address at top right corner, date it and put your name at bottom.

Then send your objection to

bruce.nicolson@edinburgh.gov.uk- Council Planning Department

And copy them to

Shirley-Anne.Somerville.MSP@scottish.parliament.uk

 canongatecommunityforum@yahoo.co.uk

The more objections received the more they will see that this is WRONG for the Capital’s Historic Core...and you will be proud to say you played your part.
