Twelve diggers digging,
Eleven planners planning,
Ten global chain stores,
Nine builders building,
Eight PR spinners,
Seven legal experts,Six cows a conning,
A five star hotel,
Four wrecking balls,
Three cheap homes,
Two office blocks
And Mountgrange with a Masterplan
