History overlooked

I FOUND the Braveheart cow made by Mountgrange (News, March 14) most appropriate, given their narrow and in my opinion erroneous view of the Canongate and its history in their proposed development. A desire to redevelop the old bus station is understandable, but to want to demolish various listed buildings as well is going too far, and I for one am opposed to part of their development plans.
